Together we will review your health concerns and goals via phone, FaceTime, or Zoom

What’s included
We will incorporate all of what would occur in a health history consultation
We will go beyond the surface level and really dive into the issues and concerns that you are seeking help for
Instead of just identifying goals, we will take it a step further. I will provide you on-the-spot recommendations that you can take away from the session
I will answer your unique health and wellness related questions
I will provide you a recommendation recap hand-out from our session for you to keep and refer to as you go along your health and wellness journey
