Discovery Call - FREE

What’s included

  • 30 minutes to discuss YOU and your health concerns and goals

  • Together we will review your health concerns and goals via phone, FaceTime, or Zoom

  • We will identify a few main health goals that stand out as good starting points

  • I will offer my recommendations for a program that will best help you achieve your goals

Power Hour Session

What’s included

  • We will incorporate all of what would occur in a health history consultation

  • We will go beyond the surface level and really dive into the issues and concerns that you are seeking help for

  • Instead of just identifying goals, we will take it a step further. I will provide you on-the-spot recommendations that you can take away from the session

  • I will answer your unique health and wellness related questions

  • I will provide you a recommendation recap hand-out from our session for you to keep and refer to as you go along your health and wellness journey

  • Take a deep look at your health, diet, and lifestyle

  • Establish new healthy eating habits and shed old ones
